Refund Policy 

Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding fee payments and refunds for courses offered by Spearhead Professional Learning Academy. 

Non-Refundable Policy

• Course Access: Once a learner is granted access to the course materials, the course fee becomes non-refundable. This policy applies to all courses, whether delivered online, in-person, or blended.

• Digital Content Access: By enrolling in the course, learners acknowledge that access to digital learning materials constitutes a completed transaction.

Eligibility for Refund (Prior to Course Access)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• The learner requests cancellation before being granted access to course materials or classes.

• The Academy has canceled the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Request Process

• To request a refund (if applicable), learners must email spearheadacademy@rsabio.pro with their enrollment details, reason for the request, and supporting documents if required.

• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment, provided access to the course has not been granted.

Administrative Fees

If a refund is approved, the Academy reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative fee from the total amount paid.

No Transfer of Fees

Course fees are non-transferable to other courses or individuals.
