Objective

This Learning Policy establishes the guiding principles and procedures for ensuring effective, inclusive, and continuous learning experiences at Spearhead Professional Learning Academy (SPLA).

• We ensure accessible learning environments, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

• Online learning resources are designed to be user-friendly (use of traditional approached and modernize learning experienced) and accessible to learners in remote areas provided that there is internet connectivity..

Learner-Centered Approach

• Courses are designed to meet the needs of diverse learners with various professional goals.

• Learners are encouraged to provide feedback to improve content and delivery.

• Support mechanisms, such as mentorship programs, learning assistance and 1:1 sessions, are readily available.

Standards of Conduct

• All participants, including learners, instructors, and staff, are expected to uphold the values of respect, professionalism, and accountability.

• Academic integrity is mandatory. Plagiarism, cheating, and dishonest practices are strictly prohibited.

Learning Materials and Curriculum

• All materials provided are up-to-date, industry-relevant, and aligned with the courses learning objectives.

• Curriculum development is regularly reviewed to ensure relevance to current professional and market trends while acknowledging SPLA learner's feedback. 

Modes of Delivery

• Online Learning: Interactive virtual classes, webinars, and self-paced modules.

• Blended Learning: A combination of 1:1 Session and online delivery for flexibility and engagement.

Assessment and Evaluation

• Assessments are aligned with learning outcomes and include practical applications, quizzes, projects, and case studies.

• Regular progress evaluations ensure learners understand key concepts and can apply their skills.

• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all requirements.

Faculty Development and Standards

• Instructors are highly qualified and experienced professional (with minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree and at least 5+ years of relevant experienced).

• Faculty members are evaluated based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and professional development.

Continuous Improvement

• Learner feedback is actively collected and analyzed to enhance course content and teaching methodologies.

• The Academy engages with experts to keep programs aligned with evolving professional standards.

Policy Review and Updates

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it reflects the Academy's mission and responds to changing educational needs. Updates will be communicated to all stakeholders promptly.
